Professionally, I’ve always tried to heed that sage warning “Don’t sh&% where you eat.” But in my personal life, I’ve found it’s not always possible. And besides, I genuinely like checking out a restaurant’s facilities. They offer insight into the overall cleanliness of the place, the proprietor’s attention to detail and whether they get their paper goods from Costco.
